Addition Note
- Your love offering, excluding the registration and room & board, will be used to support attendees who need financial support. This offering is tax deductible. You may request a tax-deduction statement from the Registration Desk prior to check-out.
- Parents with children aged 3 and under are requested to share child care responsibilities for at least two sessions. MCCA will provide tapes for those missed sessions.
- Things to bring, and Restrictions:
- Bible, notebook, pen, bathroom kit (incl. towel), umbrella/raincoat, pillow, blanket, linen.
- No air conditioning in some of the dorms, you may bring small electric fan if necessary. All meeting rooms are air-conditioned. Please bring light jacket with you.
- Proper attire is required in all the meeting rooms and cafeteria.
- No pets are allowed on campus. (Campus restriction)
- During the retreat, MCCA Registration Desk can be reached by dialing 937/766-4620 (9AM-9PM). Calling 937/239-6491 for Campus Safety & Security.
- Refund of meal/lodging fee can be requested by 6/12/08 if you can not attend the retreat. Registration fee cannot be refunded. Call church representative or registration committee for refund.
- A deposit for $50 per key will be collected at the Registration Desk when you check-in. Please prepare a check with proper amount ($50 times number of keys) and make check payable to Cedarville University. The check will be returned at check-out when keys are returned. If you need to rent linen and towel set, please pay $7 per set plus $20 for deposit at the linen table next to the Registration Desk. Make check payable to Cedarville University.
- As parent/guardian of minor(s) (under 18 years of age) listed in the Registration Form, you agree to take full responsibility of him/her during this Retreat. You must read the retreat rules and agree to have the minor(s) abide by them, in particular:
- Follow the program schedule and attend all meetings and activities.
- No minors are allowed to leave the campus without accompany or written permission of the parent/guardian.
- No possession of weapons or illegal substance/drugs is allowed on the campus.
Your signature on the registration form assures your agreement to release MCCA from any responsibility in the case the minor(s) is injured or harmed in any way.
